Ali Aleagha is the founder and Managing Director of ALIGA, established in 2015. With a vision to redefine engineering excellence, Ali has led ALIGA’s evolution into a trusted consultancy recognised for its innovative solutions and exceptional project delivery.
As a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ), Ali specialises in Civil and Structural Engineering, bringing over a decade of experience in Contracts Administration, Project Management, and Engineering. He has played key roles in multimillion-dollar infrastructure projects across Queensland, New South Wales, and internationally.
His achievements span a diverse range of infrastructure developments, such as:
- Public Transport Infrastructure (Bus Stops, Rail Upgrades)
- Active Transport Infrastructure (Green Bridges, Shared Paths, Ocean Ways)
- Road Infrastructure (Road Widening, Intersection Upgrades, Traffic Systems)

Ali was instrumental in delivering the Field of Play infrastructure for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games (GC2018), the Springfield Central Park and Ride project, and recovery projects for the Northern Rivers Reconstruction Authority in NSW. He has also contributed significantly to modernising Queensland Rail’s infrastructure.
Beyond infrastructure, Ali spearheaded the development of ALIGA Care, an innovative platform that leverages artificial intelligence to improve healthcare accessibility, diagnostics, and pharmacy integrations globally.
Ali’s leadership combines technical expertise with ethical and practical communication skills, making him a trusted partner and mentor in the engineering and construction industries.
